Cause

AlienFx 键盘布局（语言和标准）与物理键盘布局不匹配（可能会影响多种键盘语言）。

物理键盘中存储的国家/地区代码值与 AWCC 的相应国家/地区代码不匹配。它们可能在 Alienware BIOS 中设置为相同的键盘语言，但由于语言代码的存储值不同，它们无法识别键盘语言。
