Cause

Er is een compatibiliteitsprobleem tussen de Intel XTU-service en Windows 11 (versie 22H2 en hoger) voor de bovenstaande computers met Intel processors van de 11e generatie of eerder.

Resolution

Alienware Command Center-prestaties

Als u Windows 11 versie 22H2 tot en met 24H2 (niet inbegrepen) hebt geïnstalleerd, kunt u de volgende instellingen uitschakelen in Windows of het systeem-BIOS als tijdelijke oplossing voor dit probleem.

  • Hyper-V
  • Status virtuele machine
  • Geheugenintegriteit

Als u een eerdere versie van Windows 11 22H2 of een latere versie van Windows 11 24H2 hebt geïnstalleerd, is er geen tijdelijke oplossing of oplossing voor dit probleem.

Opmerking: De functies voor overklokken van de processor kunnen worden ingeschakeld in het systeem-BIOS.

Voer de volgende stappen uit om Hyper-V en de status van de virtuele machine uit te schakelen :

  1. Open de zoekbalk van Windows en typ: Windows-onderdelen in- of uitschakelen
