Cause

Når der oprettes en spilprofil, knyttes profil-id'et til spil-id'et. For nogle spil afinstallerer og installerer opdateringsprocessen dog spillet, hvilket resulterer i sletning af spil-id'et (afinstallation) og oprettelse af et nyt spil-id (installation). Denne proces bryder den gamle tilknytning mellem PresetColor og Game ID, hvilket får FX-spilprofilen til at forsvinde efter spilopdateringen.

Resolution

Ingeniørafdelingen arbejder på en rettelse, der skal frigives i AWCC version 6.6 eller nyere. Den opdaterede AWCC-installationsfil lægges ud på computerens supportside, når den er gjort tilgængelig.
