再現手順：

  1. AWCC v6をインストールして起動します。X
  2. ゲームをインストールする

実際の成果: AWCCのゲーム プロファイルは、ゲームをアップデートすると消えます。

Cause

ゲーム プロファイルが作成されると、プロファイル ID がゲーム ID にマッピングされます。ただし、一部のゲームでは、更新プロセスによってゲームがアンインストールおよびインストールされるため、ゲームIDが削除され(アンインストール)、新しいゲームIDが作成されます(インストール)。このプロセスにより、PresetColor とゲーム ID の間の古いマッピングが中断され、ゲームのアップデート後に FX ゲーム プロファイルが消えます。

Resolution

エンジニアリング部門は、AWCCバージョン6.6以降でリリースされる修正に取り組んでいます。アップデートされたAWCCインストール ファイルは、利用可能になるとPCのサポート ページに掲載されます。
