Symptoms

Impossibile creare un nuovo client Oracle NMDA in NetWorker Management Console (NMC) quando si utilizza la procedura guidata del client. L'operazione ha esito negativo con il seguente errore:
Pop-up di errore indicante che il server NMC non è riuscito a ottenere la memoria richiesta per l'operazione richiesta 

The NMC server could not obtain the required memory for the requested operation. The gstd log provides details.
 

Il nsrorara.bin eseguibile non esiste nel client.

Cause

Nel database nsrladb del client vengono registrate due risorse NSR remote agent, una con nsrorara.bin eseguibili e l'altra con nsrorara.
La procedura guidata del client di NMC si connette prima all'agent nsrorara.bin , causando la mancata risposta della procedura guidata.

Resolution

  1. Verificare che 'nsrorara' sia registrato.
nsradmin -p nsrexec
print type : nsr remote agent ; backup type : oracle
NOTA: In questo modo dovrebbe essere fornita solo una voce per "remote agent executable" con "nsrorara" come valore.
  1. Eliminare tutte le risorse nsrorara non necessarie, ad esempio quelle che contengono un eseguibile denominato nsrorara.bin.
nsradmin -p nsrexec
print type: NSR remote agent;remote agent executable: nsrorara.bin
delete
