Symptoms

Nie można utworzyć nowego klienta NMDA Oracle w konsoli NetWorker Management Console (NMC) podczas korzystania z kreatora klienta. Niepowodzenie z następującym błędem:
Komunikat o błędzie informujący, że serwer NMC nie może uzyskać pamięci wymaganej do wykonania żądanej operacji 

The NMC server could not obtain the required memory for the requested operation. The gstd log provides details.
 

nsrorara.bin wykonywalny nie istnieje na kliencie.

Cause

W nsrladb klienta są zarejestrowane dwa zasoby agenta zdalnego NSR, jeden z nsrorara.bin wykonywalnym, a drugi z nsrorara.
Kreator klienta NMC łączy się najpierw z agentem nsrorara.bin , powodując, że kreator przestaje odpowiadać.

Resolution

  1. Sprawdź, czy "nsrorara" jest zarejestrowany.
nsradmin -p nsrexec
print type : nsr remote agent ; backup type : oracle
UWAGA: Powinno to dać tylko jeden wpis dla "remote agent executable" z wartością "nsrorara".
  1. Usuń wszystkie niepotrzebne zasoby nsorara, na przykład takie, które mają plik wykonywalny o nazwie nsrorara.bin.
