Symptoms

İstemci sihirbazı kullanılırken NetWorker Management Console da (NMC) yeni NMDA Oracle istemcisi oluşturulamıyor. Aşağıdaki hatayla başarısız olur:
NMC sunucusunun istenen işlem için gerekli belleği alamadığını belirten bir hata açılır 

The NMC server could not obtain the required memory for the requested operation. The gstd log provides details.
 

Yürütülebilir nsrorara.bin istemcide mevcut değil.

Cause

İstemcinin nsrladb sinde, biri yürütülebilir nsrorara.bin , diğeri nsrorara olmak üzere iki NSR uzak aracı kaynağı kayıtlıdır.
NMC'den istemci sihirbazı, önce nsrorara.bin aracısına bağlanarak sihirbazın yanıt vermemesine neden olur.

Resolution

  1. 'nsrorara' kayıtlı olup olmadığını kontrol edin.

NOT: Bu, "remote agent executable" için değeri "nsrorara" olan yalnızca bir giriş vermelidir.
