Dell NativeEdge : Dépannage de la réponse HTTP 500 pour la réinitialisation du point de terminaison NativeEdge ou la création d’une image de récupération

Lorsque vous tentez de télécharger une image de récupération de point de terminaison, un message d’erreur HTTP 500 s’affiche à l’écran.

Plusieurs raisons peuvent provoquer une erreur HTTP 500 lors de la création de l’image.

Par exemple, obtenez les journaux du pod fru-cru avec une commande telle que :

Si vous voyez dans la ligne de journal ci-dessous, vous rencontrez un problème de création de bundle (recherchez les erreurs et les entrées « create_bundle ») :
