Dell NativeEdge: Risoluzione dei problemi di risposta HTTP 500 per la reimpostazione o la creazione dell'immagine di ripristino di NativeEdge Endpoint

Quando si tenta di scaricare un'immagine di ripristino dell'endpoint, viene visualizzato un errore HTTP 500 sullo schermo.

Diversi motivi possono causare un errore HTTP 500 durante la creazione dell'immagine.

Ad esempio, ottenere i log del pod fru-cru con un comando come:

Se nella riga del registro viene visualizzato come riportato di seguito, il problema relativo alla creazione del pacchetto (cercare errori e voci "create_bundle"):
