Dell NativeEdge: Solução de problemas de resposta HTTP 500 para NativeEdge Endpoint Reset or Recovery Image Creation

Ao tentar fazer download de uma imagem de recuperação de endpoint, você recebe um erro HTTP 500 na tela.

Vários motivos podem causar um erro HTTP 500 durante a criação da imagem.

Por exemplo, obtenha os logs do pod fru-cru com um comando como:

Se você vir na linha de log como abaixo, você está enfrentando o problema de criação do pacote (procure entradas de erro e "create_bundle"):
