Cause

This is an Alienware Command Center v6.x coding issue.

Resolution

Updating to AWCC version 6.7 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install AWCC, refer to How to Download and Install Dell Drivers and Firmware. If the issue persists after updating AWCC, reinstall the latest BIOS on the computer. To reinstall the latest BIOS, refer to the BIOS Update Guide.
