1. 转至 Alienware Command Center，然后单击 Home。

3. 在 ECOSYSTEM LIGHTING PRESETS下，为游戏添加照明预设。
    

如果 Lighting Preset Switch（照明预设开关）设置为 SYSTEM，则照明将恢复为默认设置。

1. 转至 Alienware Command Center。
2. 转至 设置，然后选择 全局预设。
3. 将 Lighting Preset Switch 设置为 SYSTEM。
    

Alienware Command Center 问题导致此行为。

长期解决方案

工程部门正在制定修复程序，将在 Alienware Command Center 版本 6.9 及更高版本中发布。更新版本一旦可用，就会发布到计算机的支持页面。Alienware Command Center 版本 6.9 预计将于 2025 年 8 月发布。

解决方法

切换到 PER GAME 设置以获得游戏和应用程序照明。

1. 转至 Alienware Command Center。
2. 转至 设置，然后选择 全局预设。
3. 将 Lighting Preset Switch 设置为 PER GAME。
