Symptoms

Alienware Area-51 AAT2250またはAlienware Aurora ACT1250では、Alienware Command Center(AWCC)でカスタマイズした照明設定ではなく、デフォルトの照明設定が使用される場合があります。

カスタマイズされた照明設定は、Alienware Command Centerで設定します。

  1. Alienware Command Centerに移動して、[ Home]をクリックします。
  2. カスタム照明設定を行うゲームを選択し、[ カスタマイズ] をクリックします。

  3. [ECOSYSTEM LIGHTING PRESETS] で、ゲームのライティング プリセットを追加します。

照明プリセットスイッチがSYSTEMに設定されている場合、照明はデフォルト設定に戻ります。

  1. Alienware Command Centerに移動します。
  2. [SETTINGS]に移動し、[GLOBAL PRESET]を選択します。
  3. 照明プリセットスイッチをSYSTEMに設定します。
    [Lighting Preset Switch]を[System]に設定

この動作は、Alienware Command Centerの問題が原因で発生します。

長期的な解決策

エンジニアリング部門は、Alienware Command Centerバージョン6.9以降でリリースされる修正に取り組んでいます。アップデート バージョンが利用可能になると、PCのサポート ページに掲載されます。Alienware Command Centerバージョン6.9は、2025年8月にリリースされる予定です。

対策

ゲームとアプリのライティングの [PER GAME] 設定に切り替えます。

  1. Alienware Command Centerに移動します。
  2. [SETTINGS]に移動し、[GLOBAL PRESET]を選択します。
  3. [Lighting Preset Switch] を [PER GAME] に設定します。
