Isilon : La tâche SyncIQ échoue avec le message « SyncIQ n’a pas réussi à prendre un snapshot sur le cluster source. Snapshots initialization error »

Problème

Une règle SyncIQ échoue dans les cinq premières minutes suivant le démarrage avec une erreur Snapshots initialization error.
 

Symptômes

Une règle SyncIQ échoue presque immédiatement et une alerte similaire à celle-ci s’affiche :

Les éléments suivants sont consignés dans /var/log/messages sur le nœud coordinateur :

Cause

Le répertoire racine source défini dans la règle SyncIQ est défini dans /ifs/.snapshot. Cette configuration n’est pas prise en charge.
 

Vérifiez si le problème est résolu.

Dans la règle SyncIQ, le répertoire racine source est défini sur un chemin de répertoire /ifs/.snapshot/. Par exemple :

Remarque : le message d’erreur «Failing snap_create. Non-head file to snapshot.« Il n’est pas possible de créer un snapshot d’un snapshot, c’est pourquoi la politique échoue.
