Cause
이 문제는 영향을 받는 펌웨어 버전 8.0.x에서 나타나며 주로 펌웨어 v8.0.2d에 있는 스위치에서 발생합니다.
Resolution
해결 방법:
- 스위치 펌웨어 8.0.x에 대해 관리 서버의 Java 레벨을 확인합니다.
- 정상이면 브라우저 캐시와 Java 캐시를 지운 다음 웹 툴을 다시 실행하고 문제가 지속되는지 확인합니다.
- 그렇다면 다른 관리 서버/노트북을 사용해 보십시오.
- 이러한 단계를 수행해도 문제가 해결되지 않으면 스위치를 아래 명시된 고정 펌웨어 버전으로 업그레이드해야 합니다.
