Cause

此問題會在受影響的韌體版本 8.0.x 下出現，且主要出現在韌體版本 8.0.2d 的交換器上。

 

Resolution

因應措施：

  1. 對照交換器韌體 8.0.x 確認管理伺服器上的 Java 層級。
  2. 如果這樣做正常，請清除瀏覽器快取和 java 快取，然後重新啟動 Web 工具，並檢查問題是否仍然存在。
  3. 如果是，請嘗試使用其他管理伺服器/筆記型電腦。
  4. 如果這些步驟都無法解決問題，則交換器必須升級至以下所述的已修正韌體版本。

FOS v8.2.1c
FOS v8.2.1d
