Symptoms

Uživatel se může přihlásit do pole Unity prostřednictvím uživatelského rozhraní, ale nemůže se připojit přes SSH, zobrazí se chyba, že nebyla nalezena žádná odpovídající metoda výměny klíčů.

Unity používá kód 5.3, který již odstranil všechny algoritmy výměny klíčů sha1.

 

Cause

Zákazník používá software s názvem DBSAFER jako proxy SSH k řízení přístupu SSH z klienta do Unity. Když se pomocí SSH připojí k IP adrese správy Unity, klient naváže připojení ssh s DBSAFER namísto Unity. DBSAFER používá starou verzi openssh, která podporuje pouze některé staré algoritmy výměny kex, které klient nepodporuje.

Výstup "ssh -vvv <Unity mgmt IP>" ukazuje, že na serveru běží otevřený protokol SSH verze 3.0 a také DBSAFER verze 2.30.205.

Resolution

  • Zakažte DBSAFER nebo nakonfigurujte DBSAFER tak, aby klientovi umožňoval přímé připojení přes SSH k poli Unity.
  • Upgradujte DBSAFER, aby podporoval bezpečnější algoritmy SSH.
