Symptoms

Käyttäjä voi kirjautua Unity over UI -sovellukseen, mutta SSH-yhteyden muodostaminen ei onnistu. Virhe osoittaa, että vastaavaa avainten vaihtomenetelmää ei löytynyt.

Unity käyttää koodia 5.3, joka oli jo poistanut kaikki sha1-avaintenvaihtoalgoritmit.

 

Cause

Asiakas käyttää DBSAFER -nimistä ohjelmistoa ssh-välityspalvelimena, jolla hallitaan ssh-yhteyttä asiakkaasta Unityyn. Asiakas muodostaa ssh-yhteyden DBSAFEREen Unity-suojauksen sijaan, kun ssh-yhteys muodostetaan Unity-hallinnan IP-osoitteeseen. DBSAFER käyttää vanhaa openssh-versiota, joka tukee vain joitakin vanhoja kex exchange -algoritmeja, joita asiakas ei tue.

Tulos "ssh -vvv <Unity mgmt IP>" osoittaa, että palvelimessa on avoin SSH-versio 3.0, ja se osoittaa myös, että DBSAFER on versio 2.30.205.

Resolution

  • Poista DBSAFER käytöstä tai määritä DBSAFER sallimaan asiakkaan suoraan ssh Unityyn.
  • Päivitä DBSAFER niin, että se tukee paremmin suojattuja SSH-algoritmeja.
