Symptoms

Użytkownik może zalogować się do Unity za pośrednictwem interfejsu użytkownika, ale nie może połączyć się przez SSH. Błąd pokazuje, że nie znaleziono pasującej metody wymiany kluczy.

Unity działa z kodem 5.3, który usunął już wszystkie algorytmy wymiany kluczy sha1.

 

Cause

Klient używa oprogramowania o nazwie DBSAFER jako serwera proxy SSH do kontrolowania dostępu SSH z klienta do Unity. Klient nawiązuje połączenie SSH z DBSAFER zamiast Unity podczas SSH z adresem IP zarządzania Unity. DBSAFER działa w starej wersji openssh, która obsługuje tylko niektóre stare algorytmy wymiany kex, które nie są obsługiwane przez klienta.

Dane wyjściowe polecenia "ssh -vvv <Unity mgmt IP>" pokazują, że serwer obsługuje otwarty protokół SSH w wersji 3.0, a także wskazują wersję DBSAFER 2.30.205.

Resolution

  • Wyłącz DBSAFER lub skonfiguruj DBSAFER tak, aby zezwolić klientowi na bezpośrednie połączenie z Unity przez SSH.
  • Uaktualnij DBSAFER, aby obsługiwał bezpieczniejsze algorytmy SSH.
