Instructions

DD3300 verwendet eine angepasste Dell R740xd-Plattform, bei der die physische Steckplatznummerierung bei 0 beginnt, während die Data Domain-Software Festplatten ab 1 identifiziert. Diese Diskrepanz führt zu Verwirrung beim Korrelieren von Warnmeldungsdaten mit physischen Laufwerkpositionen.

Verstehen Sie die Unterschiede bei der Steckplatznummerierung auf dem DD3300.

  • Physische Steckplätze: Beginnen Sie bei 0.
  • Softwarefestplatten-IDs: Beginnen Sie bei 1 (Format: Enclosure.DiskE.g. 1.18).

  • Bestimmen Sie die Gehäuse- und Steckplatzinformationen in der Warnmeldung –> in diesem Fall  Enclosure=1:Disk=18 
  • Orientieren Sie sich an den Layouttabellen (oben), um zu bestimmen, welcher physische Steckplatz den Gehäuse- und Laufwerksteckplatzinformationen aus der Warnung zugeordnet ist. 
    • 1 Festplatte 18 befindet sich im physischen Steckplatz #17. 

    Die Zuordnung von Festplattenwarnungen zum richtigen Festplattensteckplatz kann auch über die Befehlszeilenschnittstelle (CLI) erfolgen.
    Führen Sie die folgenden Befehle aus, um Informationen zur Festplatten-Steckplatzzuordnung anzuzeigen.
