Symptoms
使用者無法使用 EMC SourceOne 網路搜尋或捷徑擷取程序來開啟或還原項目。
ExAsArchive.exe.log會記錄下列事件：
START MsgId：<郵件 ID>，資料夾：<資料夾名稱>，AncInfo：是，
正在擷取訊息：<資料夾中的郵件 ID>：\<資料夾名稱>，AncInfo：
1 讀取部分檔案片段 ID：「<訊息 ID>」，檔案：「<EMX 名稱>」，偏移量：53586122，資料長度：10834.FPClip_Open
失敗 <ClipID> - FP_CLIP_NOT_FOUND_ERR - 在集區中找不到片段 CDF （transid='ST01SCO01/1299708/READ_CLIP'） （0x86043F05）
Cause
SourceOne 無法從 Centera 存取剪輯。CAS API 傳回錯誤 FP_CLIP_NOT_FOUND_ERR。
Resolution
請聯絡 Centera 支援以解決此問題。支援無法從錯誤訊息中擷取的 CLIP ID。
