Symptoms
用户无法使用 EMC SourceOne Web 搜索或快捷方式检索过程打开或恢复项目。
ExAsArchive.exe.log记录以下事件：
START MsgId：<消息 ID>、文件夹：<文件夹名称>、AncInfo：
是，正在检索消息：<来自文件夹的邮件 ID>：\<文件夹名称>、AncInfo：

失败 <ClipID> — FP_CLIP_NOT_FOUND_ERR — 在池中找不到剪辑 CDF （transid='ST01SCO01/1299708/READ_CLIP'）（0x86043F05）
Cause
SourceOne 无法从 Centera 访问剪辑。CAS API 返回错误FP_CLIP_NOT_FOUND_ERR。
Resolution
请联系 Centera 支持以解决此问题。向支持无法从错误消息中检索到的 CLIP ID。
