在被动节点的系统事件查看器日志中，可以看到以下卷影拷贝服务 （VSS） 错误：

The system cannot find the file specified.

将 vsstrace 和 vssagent 二进制文件复制到有问题的客户端。它们收集大量 Microsoft VSS 调试信息。

执行以下作并收集输出：

1. 将以下语法添加到客户端“备份作”字段：VSS：NSR_SYS_WRITER_WIN32_SERVCOMP_USER=yes
2. 在 NMC 客户端属性中设置备份命令以保存 -D9 -vvvv。
3. 有问题的客户端上的“save -o VSS：LCV=yes”输出
4. 有问题的客户端上的 savefs -p 输出。
5. 有问题的客户端上的 lcmap 输出。
6. 在开始备份之前，使用两个不同的 cmd 在有问题的客户端上启动 vsstrace 和 vssagent 集合：- vsstrace -l 255 +f 0xffff -o C：\vss.trace.log
7. 从 NMC 启动备份
8. 等待备份完成。
9. 收集“vssagent -gather C：\VSS.xml”的输出
10. 从有问题的客户端收集 NSRGET 和报告
