IDPA System Manager 根密碼經常不同步

Symptoms

  1. 在 DPC 上驗證。

    從 ACM 透過個別 putty 工作階段，使用管理員和正確的密碼
    從 SSH 至 DPC，並使用以下命令切換至 root：

    #su -

    如果能夠使用管理員/root 成功登入 DPC，請繼續執行下列步驟。

  2. 檢查 ACM 上的記錄
    /usr/local/dataprotection/var/configmgr/server_data/logs/server.log:

    搜尋以下字串，以查看 DPC 根密碼未同步的次數和次數：

    #grep -i "Setting dpcRootPasswordOutOfSync=true" server.log*

Cause

當 DPC 回應緩慢 （可能是由於某些工作或活動） 時，為檢查密碼同步而觸發的命令未在預期時間內收到提示 （這會導致命令執行逾時），這會導致失敗的情況。

 

Resolution

工程部門已在 IDPA 2.7.0 程式碼中修正此問題。
