IDPA System Manager root 密码频繁不同步

Symptoms

  1. 在 DPC 上验证。

    通过 SSH 从 ACM 以及通过单独的 putty 会话使用管理员和正确的密码
    连接到 DPC 通过以下命令切换到 root：

    #su -

    如果能够使用 admin/root 成功登录到 DPC，则继续执行以下作。

  2. 检查 ACM 上的日志
    /usr/local/dataprotection/var/configmgr/server_data/logs/server.log:

    搜索以下字符串，以查看 DPC root 密码不同步的时间和次数：

    #grep -i "Setting dpcRootPasswordOutOfSync=true" server.log*

Cause

当 DPC 响应缓慢时（可能是由于某些作业或活动），为检查密码同步而触发的命令不会在预期时间内获得提示（这会导致命令执行超时），从而导致失败情形。

 

Resolution

工程部门已在 IDPA 2.7.0 代码中修复了此问题。
