Cause

Op DDVE-platforms worden schijven bewaakt door de onderliggende PowerEdge RAID Controller (PERC) en iDRAC Lifecycle Controller.

  • Elke schijffout, storing of voorspellende fout die door deze componenten wordt gedetecteerd, wordt doorgegeven aan de virtuele stack (hardware → ESXi → DDVE).
  • Het systeem genereert vervolgens de bijbehorende waarschuwing.

Resolution

Vervang een schijf die een hardwarefout of voorspellende fout meldt.
Neem contact op met Dell Support of uw geautoriseerde supportprovider om een vervangende support te regelen.
