Cause

在进一步的调查中，据了解，在初始安装期间，客户已将EMC_TCPORT更改为非默认端口 8443。由于无法解释的原因，他们后来删除了authc_config.txt.reserved的文件。

尽管在尝试执行 NVE 升级之前使用正确的语法手动创建了文件 authc_config.txt.reserved，但升级作会失败，并在日志中显示错误。

工程部门在内部调查并重现了该情景。在此复制过程中，工程人员观察到，如果在初始安装期间将 EMC_TCPORT 端口更改为非默认端口，尽管将端口更改回默认的 9090，仍会导致未来的升级失败。

Resolution
