Symptoms

Scenario 1:

Connectiviteit zou Secure Remote Services automatisch moeten uitschakelen. Soms kan de automatisering Secure Remote Services niet uitschakelen, waardoor er een fout aanwezig is, zoals hier vermeld:

OneFS 9.9.0.0 en eerder:

Cause

Scenario 1:

De daemons die Secure Remote Services aansturen, bevinden zich niet in de verwachte status en vereisen handmatige interventie.

Scenario 2:

Secure Remote Services bevindt zich niet in de verwachte staat en moet handmatig worden uitgeschakeld.

Resolution

Scenario 1:

Over het algemeen doet het probleem zich voor wanneer de twee daemons die Secure Remote Services besturen zich in een gerespecteerde staat bevinden. Controleer of ze de juiste status hebben:

Dit is hoe Secure Remote Services eruit zou zien na het inschakelen van connectiviteit:

De isi_rsapi_d Daemon moet zijn ingeschakeld, als het in de uitgeschakelde staat staat, schakel het dan in met deze opdracht:

Powerscale-1# isi services -a isi_rsapi_d enable

De isi_esrs_d Daemon moet worden uitgeschakeld na provisioning van connectiviteit, schakel deze uit met deze opdracht:

Powerscale-1# isi services -a isi_esrs_d disable

Verifiëren isi_rsapi_d wordt nu op elk knooppunt uitgevoerd, en dat er niet meer isi_esrs_d Daemons die met deze opdracht worden uitgevoerd:

PowerScale-1# isi_for_array -s "ps -auxww | egrep 'isi_rsapi|isi_esrs' | grep -v grep"

De uitvoer zou iets moeten retourneren dat er ongeveer zo uitziet:

Als de uitvoer niet overeenkomt met de voorbeelduitvoer, start u een bijeenkomst en neemt u contact op met Dell Technische Support.

Als de uitvoer er hetzelfde uitziet als in het voorbeeld, richt u opnieuw in met een nieuwe toegangssleutel en pincode.

Scenario 2:

Probeer Secure Remote Services uit te schakelen met deze opdracht:

PowerScale-1# isi esrs modify --enabled=false --force

Als de opdracht foutloos terugkeert naar de prompt, controleert u de status:

U kunt een nieuwe bepaling proberen en een nieuwe toegangssleutel en pincode gebruiken met behulp van de software-ID (SWID) van het cluster.

Als de opdracht een fout geeft en niet wordt uitgeschakeld, start u een bijeenkomst en neemt u contact op met Dell Technische Support.

Dit probleem zal naar verwachting worden opgelost in een toekomstige OneFS-coderelease.
