NetWorker: gstclreport Fails in NetWorker 19.13, Error "Module java.xml.bind Not Found"

Symptoms

Running the "gstclreport" command results in the script being unable to find the java.xml.bind module.

Error occurred during initialization of boot layer
java.lang.module.FindException: Module java.xml.bind not found

Cause

The error:

java.lang.module.FindException

Module java.xml.bind not found typically occurs when you are using Java 9 or later, because the java.xml.bind module (which includes JAXB) was removed from the standard Java Standard Edition (SE) starting with Java 11. (java.xml.bind module is removed for JDK17.)

Resolution

Dell NetWorker Engineering Team has worked on this matter, and they have identified it as a software issue. An issue ticket has been raised NETWORKER-121414. 

The fix is available in 19.13.0.3 and later versions.
