Symptoms

errorCode: "ABVSD0018"
errorMessage: "An error occurred while reading the data from queue. Error code is 81."

Volume configuration may not be supported or disk may be encrypted.

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager 在等待读取器发送数据时，写入器等待时间突然增加。某些数据块的等待间隔介于 800 到 2000 秒之间，从而导致超时错误。PowerMax 卷的读取性能缓慢 通常会导致此行为。

Resolution

要缓解此问题，请执行以下作：
