前言：     
融合备份一体机 （IDPA） 需要特定的关机过程，以确保正常关闭所有软件组件。

未执行正常关机可能会导致重新启动一体机时出现问题。

步骤：    

为确保正常关机，请按照下面的 使用 Appliance Configuration Manager （ACM） 控制面板关闭 IDPA 一体机步骤进行作。
必须先完成此作，然后才能继续 使用 Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller （iDRAC） 控制面板关闭 IDPA 一体 机的步骤。


  

   注意：使用 iDRAC 直接关闭 IDPA 可能会导致数据丢失，并可能导致非正常关闭。
  

  
 
使用 Appliance Configuration Manager （ACM） 控制面板关闭 IDPA 一体机：   


      

  
    
   
  1. 登录 ACM Web 界面。
    2.

  1. 在 ACM 控制面板的“Home”选项卡上，单击 Shutdown Appliance 图标。
    2.

  1. 输入 ACM root 密码，然后单击 Yes。

  1. 此时将显示一体机关闭进度。 
    2.

提醒：关机 UI 进度显示 100% 后，等待 15 分钟，然后继续执行以下 iDRAC 流程。
  

  


使用 Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) 控制面板关闭 IDPA 一体机：   

     

  

   注意：只有在将设备置于受控状态且系统准备好进行重新引导后，才应执行此作。   
  

  
    
   
  1. 打开 iDRAC Web 界面并登录。
    2.

  1. 在 iDRAC 控制面板上，单击 Graceful Shutdown 按钮。系统关闭。

  1. 检查 iDRAC 控制面板上一体机的状态，其应显示为 Power State: OFF。
