Symptoms

NetWorker: 인증 데이터베이스를 저장할 때 부트스트랩 백업이 실패합니다. 오류: 'nsrauthcasm' exited with code 1 Can't encode arguments

from the Server db Backup action log - 
save: Step (4 of 7) for PID-3224: Successfully connected to the target media device through the nsrmmd process on the host '<NetWorker server>' for the save set 'bootstrap'.
save: Step (5 of 7) for PID-3224: Reading the save sets and writing to the target device.
nsrauthcasm: The temporary file 'C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\data\authcdb_000001' for backup did not get generated correctly.
nsrauthcasm: XDR flush failed.
save: external ASM `nsrauthcasm' exited with code 1

Cause

인증 데이터베이스 파일이 일치하지 않습니다.  NetWorker 19.8.x에서 C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\data\의 인증 데이터는 authcdb.mv.db 및 authcdb.lock의 두 파일로 구성됩니다.  이 경우 인증 데이터 위치에 authcdb.h2.db의 복제본이 있습니다. 이 복제본은 authcdb.mv.db 대신 적극적으로 업데이트되는 복제본입니다.

Resolution

인증 데이터베이스를 다시 생성합니다. Windows NetWorker 서버에서 이 작업은 새로운 인증 파일을 사용하여 NetWorker 패키지를 재설치하여 수행됩니다.

단계:

1. 프로그램 및 기능에서 NetWorker를 제거합니다.
2. 'C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server'3의
이름을 변경합니다. NetWorker를 기존 파일 구조에 다시 설치합니다. 새 authc-server 디렉토리가 생성됩니다.

이는 기존 NetWorker 구성 또는 백업에 위험을 초래하지 않습니다. 그러나 NetWorker 관리자 암호를 다시 생성해야 합니다. 이전에 추가 NetWorker 사용자가 구성되었거나 외부 권한(AD/LDAP)이 통합된 경우 재구성해야 합니다.
