Symptoms

Det finns ett problem med NetWorker-modulen för Microsoft-installation eller -uppgradering i följande miljö.

  • NetWorker-server v8.2.3.8
  • NetWorker Client v8.2.1.7-uppgradering 8.2.4.4 och senare uppgradering till 9.1.0.5. (Klient + NMM)

Cause

På grund av produktinstallationsändringen i NetWorker 9.X krävs installation av NetWorker Extended Client före installation och konfiguration av NetWorker Module för Microsoft.

Resolution

PROCEDUR:

  • Avinstallera NMM + NetWorker-klient 8.2.4.X från SQL-nod
  • Installera NetWorker-klienten + NetWorker Utökat-paketet.
