Isilon: flexnet daemon is unable to properly tear down interfaces with parent lagg

Summary: This article describes an issue where isi_flexnet_d is unable to teardown vlan interfaces when the parent interface is a lagg.

Symptoms

When a lagg is the parent of a vlan, we can fail to teardown the lagg properly, leaving flexnet in an endless loop due to an invalid lagg mode:

Cause

The issue is a race condition during teardown. 

Resolution

Fix was released in GA RUP and later.  Install the latest patch for fix.
