Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager （PPDM） SQL 日志备份在具有 90 天或保留策略的目标站点上保存为完整备份。实际定义的保留期为 30 天。

Cause

从源到目标的复制拷贝数不匹配。
在策略级别为备份和复制定义的保留期：
  • 完整备份：90天
  • 差异备份：90天
  • 日志备份：30天
此行为是根据 Microsoft 针对 SQL 备份的建议导致的，因为 PPDM 设备不支持辅助目标 Microsoft SQL 副本上的差异备份。这是 Microsoft SQL Server 的限制，并按照设计工作。
此限制也会记录在日志文件中。

日志文件
SQL 可用性组属性在下面的快照上显示“Any replica”。建议将可用性组属性从“Any replica”更改为“Prefer Secondary”选项。
