在 Exchange 資料庫損壞後，將郵件從使用者舊郵箱還原到新郵箱後，使用者無法打開快捷方式郵件。

以下錯誤以OfflineAccessAddIn.log記錄在使用者工作站上：

Cause

由於使用者舊郵箱中的 Active Directory 中的舊 DN 名稱未添加到他的新郵箱屬性中，因此導致此問題。

Resolution

遷移郵箱后，您無法訪問快捷方式，因為使用者不再是這些郵件的所有者，將使用者原始舊版 DN 添加到新 DN，用戶現在將能夠訪問快捷方式。

  • 尋找「代理位址」， >> 按一下「添加」， >> 按如下<方式鍵入： 舊版：/o=第一個組織/ou= ...等等。> 
  • 按一下套用。
  • 等待位址同步完成。這可能需要 24 小時。
