Cause
O servidor proxy solicita autenticação, isso impede que o Dell EMC Unity acesse *.emc.com por meio do servidor proxy.
Resolution
Endereços *.emc.com permitidos para ignorar a autenticação no servidor proxy. então, não obtenho mais ERR_CACHE_ACCESS_DENIED do proxy então.
