Symptoms

[SYM에서 스냅셋을 찾지 못함]으로 인해 CG의 링크가 오류가 발생하여 전체 그룹이 전송 없이 활성화된 상태로 전환됩니다.

오류: 그룹 cg_name의 링크 하나 이상이 스냅을 복제하도록 설정되어 있으며 스냅 기반 복제 프로세스에서 오류가 발생했습니다. 스토리지에서 다음 오류가 수신되었습니다.

Cause

XtremIO와 XMS 간의 정렬이 잘못되었기 때문에 RecoverPoint는 삭제해야 하는 스냅샷의 현재 목록을 검색할 때 XMS로부터 이전 항목을 수신합니다.

경우에 따라 예기치 않은 값이 수신되어 삭제에 사용되는 이전 스냅샷 대신 현재 스냅샷으로 사용됩니다. 이렇게 하면 실제 스냅샷이 삭제됩니다.

이로 인해 어레이의 삭제된 스냅샷과 연결된 그룹에 대한 호출이 실패하기 시작하여 복제본의 링크가 [SYM에서 스냅셋을 찾지 못했습니다] 오류 상태로 전환되고, 그룹의 링크가 다운되어 전체 CG가 전송 없이 활성화 오류 상태가 됩니다.

 

Resolution

해결 방법:

  1. CG를 비활성화한 후 CG를 다시 활성화합니다.
  2. 모든 운영 RPA에서 조정 t_xioPeriodicalSnapCleanupGatherInterval 6000000에서 600000000(x1000)으로 변경합니다. 이 변경으로 인해 정리 도구가 10분마다가 아닌 일주일에 한 번 실행되어 문제가 발생할 확률이 줄어듭니다.

해상도:
이 문제에 대한 수정 사항은 XtremIO 4.0.27-1, XMS 6.2.1-36에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
