Symptoms

CG 的連結陷入錯誤，因為 [SYM 找不到快照集] 迫使整個群組進入啟用，且無傳輸狀態。

Error: 組cg_name的一個或多個連結設置為複製快照，並且基於快照的複製過程中發生錯誤。從儲存裝置收到下列錯誤：

Link = cg_name->cg_name_copy, error = [SYM failed to find snapset]

Cause

由於 XtremIO 和 XMS 之間不一致，RecoverPoint 在擷取目前必須捨棄的快照清單時，會收到 XMS 先前的項目。

偶爾會收到未預期的值，而使用作為目前的快照，而不是必須捨棄的先前快照。這會導致刪除實際快照。

因此，與已刪除快照相關聯的群組，陣列的呼叫開始失敗，導致複本的連結進入錯誤狀態 [SYM 找不到快照集]，由於群組的連結中斷，整個 CG 會陷入啟用且無傳輸的錯誤狀態。

 

Resolution

因應措施：

  1. 停用 CG，然後重新啟用 CG
  2. 將所有生產 RPA 上的調整t_xioPeriodicalSnapCleanupGatherInterval從 600000 變更為 60000000 （x1000）。此更改會導致清理工具每周運行一次，而不是每 10 分鐘運行一次，並降低遇到問題的可能性。

主意：
XtremIO 4.0.27-1、XMS 6.2.1-36 中提供了此問題的修正。
