Symptoms

由于 [SYM 找不到快照集]迫使整个组进入已启用且无传输状态，CG 的链接陷入错误。

Error: 组cg_name的一个或多个链路设置为复制快照，并且在基于快照的复制过程中发生错误。从存储收到以下错误：

Link = cg_name->cg_name_copy, error = [SYM failed to find snapset]

在日志中发现的症状：

Cause

由于 XtremIO 与 XMS 之间的不一致，RecoverPoint 在检索必须丢弃的快照的当前列表时从 XMS 接收以前的条目。

偶尔会收到意外值，并且将用于删除的快照用作当前快照，而不是必须丢弃的上一个快照。这会导致删除实际快照。

因此，对于与已删除的快照关联的组，来自阵列的调用开始失败，这会导致拷贝的链接进入错误状态 [SYM 找不到快照集]，由于组的链路关闭，整个 CG 将进入已启用的错误状态，且无传输。

 

Resolution

解决办法：

  1. 禁用 CG，然后重新启用 CG
  2. 将所有生产 RPA 上的调整t_xioPeriodicalSnapCleanupGatherInterval从 600000 更改为 600000000 （x1000）。此更改会导致清理工具每周运行一次，而不是每 10 分钟运行一次，从而降低遇到问题的可能性。

分辨率：
此问题的修复程序在 XtremIO 4.0.27-1、XMS 6.2.1-36 中可用。
