Visão geral

O sistema operacional Dell Networking rastreia as alterações no sistema usando mensagens de eventos e erros.
Por padrão, o Dell Networking OS registra essas mensagens em:

  • O buffer interno
  • Linhas de console e terminais
  • Todos os servidores syslog configurados


Habilitar registro

Registre mensagens no buffer interno:
 
Todas as mensagens de erro, exceto aquelas que começam com %BOOTUP (Message), são registrados no buffer interno.
Por exemplo: 
%BOOTUP:RPM0:CP %PORTPIPE-INIT-SUCCESS: Portpipe 0 enabled

Para enviar mensagens de sistema a um servidor syslog especificado, use o comando a seguir.

console# configure Entra no modo de configuração.
console(conf)# logging 192.168.1.1
 		 Defina o endereço IP ou o nome do host do servidor syslog externo para enviar a saída do log, incluindo a designação opcional da porta de origem.

Você pode configurar até oito servidores syslog.
 

Desabilitar registro

Comando Parâmetros
console# configure Entra no modo de configuração.
console(conf)# no logging on Desative todos os registros, exceto no console.
console(conf)# no logging buffer Desative o registro no buffer de registro.
console(conf)# no logging monitor Desative o registro nas linhas de terminal.
console(conf)# no logging console  Desative o registro no console.
 

Alterar as configurações de registro

Você pode alterar as configurações padrão de registro do sistema alterando o nível de gravidade e o local de armazenamento.
O padrão é registrar todas as mensagens até o nível de depuração, ou seja, todas as mensagens do sistema. Ao alterar o nível de gravidade nos comandos de registro, você controla o número de mensagens de sistema registradas.

 NOTA: Para registrar corretamente a saída de depuração no servidor syslog, você deve habilitar uma trap com o nível de severidade de depuração 7. Mesmo que ele esteja definido como armazenado em buffer, ele ainda não é enviado para o servidor syslog, a menos que uma trap esteja habilitada corretamente.

console(conf)# logging buffered <40960-524288> Definir o tamanho do buffer de registro (padrão = 40960)
console(conf)# logging history size <0-500> Defina o tamanho do histórico de logs.  (padrão = 1)
console(conf)# service timestamps log datetime localtime Defina o registro de data e hora para corresponder à hora e ao fuso horário configurados no switch. 
Nota: Após o firmware 9.14.1.5, essa é a configuração padrão. Antes da versão 9.14.1.5, o registro de data e hora está em UTC, a menos que configurado com este comando.  

 

Verificar e visualizar registros

Para exibir o conteúdo atual do buffer de registro e as configurações de registro do sistema, use o comando show logging (mostrar registro) no modo de privilégio EXEC.
