Symptoms
PowerPath VA 앱이 (관리 어플라이언스 VM)의 /var/log/warn 로그에서 logrotate 오류를 보고합니다. 다음과 같은 오류 메시지가 표시 될 수 있습니다 :
Feb 20 13:45:03 cgvx000000526 logrotate : error : skipping "/ var / log / tomcat7 / catalina.out"부모 디렉토리에 안전하지 않은 권한이 있기 때문에 ( "루트"가 아닌 그룹으로 쓸 수 있거나 쓸 수 있음) 구성 파일에서 "su"지시문을 설정하여 logrotate에 회전에 사용해야하는 사용자 / 그룹을 알려줍니다.
그리고 /var/log/tomcat7 디렉토리에 대한 World Wide Permissions는 664입니다 - logrotate.config 파일에는 644로 명시되어 있습니다.
Cause
Tomcat은 logrotate 도구로 오프로드하지 않고 로그 회전 자체를 처리해야합니다.
Resolution
이 문제는 PPMA 2.2에서 수정될 예정입니다.
