PowerPath Management Appliance 2.1 SP1 : logrotate errors in PPMA var/log/warn log

Symptoms
De PowerPath VA-app rapporteert logrotate-fout in /var/log/warn log (in de Management Appliance VM). Mogelijk ziet u foutmeldingen zoals:
Feb 20 13:45:03 cgvx000000526 logrotate: error: skipping "/var/log/tomcat7/catalina.out" because parent directory has insecure permissions (it's world writable or writable by group which is not "root") Set "su" directive in config file to logrotate which user/group should used for rotation.
En de wereldwijde permissies voor de map /var/log/tomcat7 zijn 664 - het bestand logrotate.config geeft 644 aan.
Cause
Tomcat had de logrotatie zelf moeten afhandelen, niet het offloaden naar de logrotate tool.
Resolution
Dit wordt opgelost in PPMA 2.2.
