備份驗證完成並回報失敗，並顯示下列錯誤訊息：

avvcbimage Error <19702>: ABV failed

 

Cause

此問題有兩個可能的根本原因：

  1. VMware Tools 未安裝在虛擬機器上，或非最新版本。
  2. 驗證原則中使用的自訂指令檔會影響驗證工作流程。

Resolution

有兩種解決方案：

  1. 如果尚未安裝，請在虛擬機器上安裝 VMware 工具 。如果已安裝 VMware Tools ，請更新至最新版本。
