Symptoms

Latitude 7220 Rugged Extreme Tabletbezitters kunnen te maken krijgen met een storing in reactie op aanraakinvoer via het aanraakpaneel. Dit gebeurt na het opnieuw opstarten van de laptop of het hervatten vanuit de slaapstand.

Als u de eGalaxTuner-tool uitvoert, ziet u:

Error code 0x00000010,
with a Hardware status information stating 0x00000200
which indicates a communication error.

Cause

Er zijn communicatieproblemen tussen de microcontroller (MCU) en de geïntegreerde schakeling (IC) van de touchcontroller. Dit gebeurt bij firmwareversies van het aanraakscherm die ouder zijn dan versie A4N.

Resolution

Opmerking: U moet beheerdersrechten op uw laptop hebben om wijzigingen in het besturingssysteem aan te brengen of software bij te werken.
