Symptoms

スイッチが予期せず再起動しました。両方のCPが有効になり、HAが同期された後。
  
Fabric OS:  v8.2.3c 
/fabos/cliexec/hadump:
Local CP (Slot 6, CP0): Active, Cold Recovered
Remote CP (Slot 7, CP1): Standby, Healthy
HA enabled, Heartbeat Up, HA State synchronized

errdump :
[HAM-1004], SLOT 7 | CHASSIS, INFO, Processor rebooted - Reset., reboot.c
[PLAT-5067], SLOT 7 | CHASSIS, INFO, Disabling PCI timeout detect. Rev 4, modular_proc.


emtraceshow2 出力から、スロット 7 の CP に障害が発生していることがわかりました。
 
メモ: EMTRACESHOW2 と呼ばれるルート レベルのコマンドがあります。これはsupportsaveの一部であり、再起動後に起動するコンポーネントを表示します。

スロット7のFLT(障害)が1つ表示されています。他に他の問題の兆候はありません。

Cause

ハードウェア障害

Resolution

修正:
1)スロット7にあるスタンバイCPを抜き差しします。その後、POSTが実行され、エラー状態から回復します。
2) CPブレードを取り付け直しても問題が解決しない場合は、CPブレードを交換します。
