Symptoms

Il punto di errore nei registri è dopo che il comando nsrdr ha ripristinato i dati di bootstrap. Quindi tenta di disinstallare i dispositivi utilizzando REST. Si verifica un errore che interrompe il DR automatizzato di Cyber Recovery.

Di seguito è riportato un estratto da "apps.log" dell'host di Cyber Recovery.

Cause

Token DI SISTEMA sul server NetWorker vault non valido. Anche l'accesso all'NMC del server NetWorker vault nello stato predefinito (prima di eseguire qualsiasi DR) ha esito negativo con un errore.

Resolution

  1. Pulire il ripristino dell'applicazione NetWorker non riuscita in modo che il vault server NetWorker sia nello stato predefinito (se non è già stato fatto).
  2. Disinstallare NetWorker nell'insieme di credenziali.
  3. Rinominare il file '. \EMC NetWorker\nsr' cartella in '.. \EMC NetWorker\old.nsr' e '.. Dalla cartella \EMC NetWorker\Management' a '.. \EMC NetWorker\old. di gestione".
  4. Reinstallare NetWorker nel vault nella stessa posizione e utilizzando la stessa versione e le stesse credenziali di prima.
  5. Verificare che NetWorker sia operativo.
  6. Eliminare e ricreare l'asset NetWorker in Cyber Recovery.
  7. Eseguire nuovamente il DR.
