Symptoms

기존 대시보드 또는 새 대시보드에서 차트와 같은 개체를 만들 때 고객에게 생성 실패가 표시됩니다. 일부 차트를 삭제하면 삭제가 실패하지만 잠시 후 새 대시보드 또는 기존 대시보드의 새 차트를 볼 수 있습니다.

필드를 만들 때 웹 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스에서 "Cassandra 시간 초과 오류 메시지"를 트리거하지만 잠시 후 고객은 필드가 만들어졌음을 알 수 있습니다.

구성 파일 /storage/core/loginsight/cidata/cassandra/config/cassandra.yaml을 수정하고 값을 write_request_timeout 3000밀리초로 늘리고 로그 서비스에 대한 aria 작업을 다시 시작해도 문제가 지속됩니다.

Cause

Cassandra 클러스터에 몇 가지 문제가 있습니다.
Aria Operations에서 로그에 대한 필드를 생성하려고 하면 시간 초과 오류가 발생합니다.
여기에는 필드 관리를 위한 특정 LI API가 포함됩니다.

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 Aria Operations for logs 클러스터에서 모든 어플라이언스 노드를 다시 시작합니다.
