Symptoms

모든 Solutions Enabler(symcli) 명령은 "The requested feature is not supported for this microcode or SYMAPI versionPowerMaxOS를 10.2 또는 10.3으로 업그레이드한 후"

Cause

독립 실행형 Solutions Enabler 버전은 어레이에서 실행되는 PowerMaxOS 버전과 호환되지 않습니다.

  • PowerMaxOS 10.2로 시스템을 관리하려면 SE(Solutions Enabler) 버전 10.2가 필요합니다.
  • PowerMaxOS 10.3으로 시스템을 관리하려면 SE(Solutions Enabler) 버전 10.3이 필요합니다.

Resolution

Solutions Enabler 버전을 확인하려면 호스트에서 다음 명령을 실행합니다.

검토 SYMAPI 라이브러리가 최신 버전의 SYMAPI 애플리케이션에서 생성된 데이터베이스에 액세스할 수 없으므로 SYMAPI 데이터베이스 액세스는 상위 호환되지 않습니다.  예를 들어 로컬 라이브러리의 버전이 로컬 SYMAPI 데이터베이스의 버전과 동기화되지 않는 경우(SYMAPI 클라이언트에서 v10.3 데이터베이스에 액세스하려고 시도하는 v8.0 SYMAPI 라이브러리 호출) "SYMAPI_C_DB_FILE_TOO_NEW라고 말했다.

이 제한 사항은 로컬 데이터베이스에만 해당됩니다. 클라이언트 및 서버 환경에서 SYMAPI는 최신 버전의 서버 데이터베이스에 대한 액세스를 자동으로 확인합니다. SYMAPI는 클라이언트와 서버 간에 필요한 모든 정보 변환을 수행합니다.
