Symptoms
所有 Solutions Enabler （symcli） 命令傳回錯誤「The requested feature is not supported for this microcode or SYMAPI version」之後的 PowerMaxOS 升級至 10.2 或 10.3。
Cause
獨立的 Solutions Enabler 版本與陣列中執行的 PowerMaxOS 版本不相容。
- 使用 PowerMaxOS 10.2 的系統需要 Solutions Enabler （SE） 版本 10.2
- 使用 PowerMaxOS 10.3 的系統需要 Solutions Enabler （SE） 版本 10.3
Resolution
若要檢查 Solutions Enabler 版本，請從主機執行下列命令：

SYMAPI 資料庫存取不是向前相容的，因為 SYMAPI 程式庫無法存取較新版本的 SYMAPI 應用程式所建立的資料庫。例如，如果本地庫的版本與本地 SYMAPI 資料庫的版本不同步（作為來自嘗試訪問 v10.3 資料庫的 SYMAPI 用戶端的 v8.0 SYMAPI 庫調用），則會返回錯誤”SYMAPI_C_DB_FILE_TOO_NEW“。
此限制僅與本地資料庫相關。在用戶端和伺服器環境中，SYMAPI 會自動解析對更高版本的伺服器資料庫的訪問。SYMAPI 在用戶端和伺服器之間執行所有必要的資訊轉換。
